We are happy to share that our first childcare development project in Tasmania, next to our high performing Glebe Hill Village Shopping Centre has secured DA approval from Clarence City Council!
Now, our attention turns to finding the perfect national operator to partner with us. Our team is looking for a partner who aligns with our values and ethos, ensuring that the childcare facility meets the highest standards of quality.
We hope to start construction in Q2 this year and opening in 2026.
We will create around 115 desperately needed and super convenient childcare places!
